EP TransCargo LLC

EP Transport, Inc. provides exceptional customer service and safe timely transportation of our client's shipments.  All contracted carriers are expected to perform professionally, safely, and on time.  We require load tracking and constant communication from all carriers and drivers.

All contracted carriers are required to have the following:

*$1,000,000, per occurrence, Auto Liability Insurance in force at all times (EP TransCargo, LLC. must be listed as a certificate holder).

*$100,000, per occurrence, All Risk Broad Form Cargo Insurance (EP TransCargo, LLC. must be listed as a certificate holder).

*$1,000,000 General Liability Insurance

*Worker's Compensation Insurance as required by law in carrier's state of business

*Additional insurance is required for carriers hauling Hazmat shipments

Contracted Carriers are required to have a valid, active Motor Carrier Number issued by FMSCA and a valid USDOT number for all Interstate shipments.  A valid USDOT number is required for all Intrastate shipments.

Carriers moving Hazmat shipments must provide Hazmat registration credentials as well as a copy of the designated drivers's valid driver's license with Hazmat Endorsement.

Carriers moving shipments of tote tanks will be required to provide a copy of the designated driver's valid driver's license with Tanker Endorsement.

Contracted carriers are required to provide professional, safe, on-time shipment of our client's critical freight.  To ensure fulfillment of our client's requirements, the following measures are in place.

*Drivers will be required to download a free tracking app and accept every load moved for EP Transport for tracking. 

*Drivers / Carriers will be required to submit pictures or scans of PODs upon delivery of every load. (Please Note - this will not satisfy EP TransCargo LLC's Billing requirements.)

*Drivers are required to wear basic Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all shippers and receivers: Hard Hat, Steel Toe Boots, Long Pants, Shirt with Sleeves, and Safety Glasses.

*Carriers / Drivers are required to communicate any problems or delays to EP TransCargo, LLC immediately in order to ensure safe and timely transport of freight.

EP TransCargo, LLC. requires every contracted carrier to read, understand, agree to, fill out, sign and return our Carrier Contract.

Carriers must also provide a complete accurate W-9, a copy of the required valid insurance listing EP TransCargo, LLC. as a certificate holder, and a copy of carrier's valid operating authority.

Carrier must provide a clear, completely legible, original or original quality copy of the BOL issued by the shipper along with the rate confirmation and invoice in order to be paid for the shipment. 

EP TransCargo, LLC. strives to treat each individual carrier as we would like to be treated.  We reward professional performance, safety, and on-time deliveries with above average pay and loyalty.

EP TransCargo, LLC will pay all freight bills within 30 days from the date we receive the CLEAR, LEGIBLE, ORIGINAL (Quality) BOL, rate confirmation, and invoice.  Payments are generally made within 20 days.  We offer quick pay to carriers who do not utilize a factoring company (5% payable upon receipt of required documents).  EP TransCargo, LLC. has a $75,000 Surety Bond with Pacific Financial Association, Inc.
